3. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope changes. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with work.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• A deposit may be required for large projects
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

• We will make every effort to complete work on the scheduled date
• Weather conditions may require rescheduling (especially for exterior work)
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations may incur a service fee

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We guarantee our workmanship for a specific period as detailed in your contract (typically 1-5 years depending on the service). Paint products carry manufacturer warranties.

7. Liability and Insurance

Escobedo Painting carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing structural issues not related to our work
• Damage caused by extreme weather events
• Modifications made by third parties after application
• Normal wear and tear

8. Property Access

You grant us permission to access your property to perform the agreed-upon services. You are responsible for ensuring safe access to work areas and notifying us of any hazards.

9. Permits and Compliance

We will obtain necessary permits when required. You are responsible for ensuring our work complies with HOA regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website remains the intellectual property of Escobedo Painting.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
